Tom is a dedicated exercise physiologist with a passion for promoting wellness across all demographics to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle. He is focused on spreading awareness about the powerful benefits of exercise and ensuring everyone has the knowledge needed to improve their well being.
With a sports passion, Tom studied Exercise and Sport Science and gained experience working with athletic populations, and as a personal trainer at gyms. While Tom enjoyed working in a gym setting, he found exercise physiology as a way to best help the whole community reach their individual health goals.
Tom wishes to provide the best quality treatment possible through exercise. He has seen how exercise has benefited himself and wishes to pass this on to his clients.
When not working as an exercise physiologists Tom enjoys getting outdoors with family and friends as well as playing sports, especially football (AFL) and Tennis.
