Our balance class is designed to enhance your stability, prevent falls, and improve your overall well-being. This class is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, focusing on strengthening the body, improving balance, and increasing body awareness.

Who is Simply Balance for?

Tom is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and an enthusiast for balance and stability training. With extensive experience in helping clients enhance their physical performance and prevent falls, Tom is dedicated to improve the overall well-being of his clients.
