May 20th to 26th is Exercise Right Week and at Simply stronger we are embracing this years theme 'Just Move' with gusto.
We will be running FREE group exercise sessions all week.

An active and engaging group that will help you stride towards better health and meaningful connections.
Daily walking groups will meet at Simply Stronger and head out around Caulfield Park.
Simply Balance
Friday 24th 11am
A fun and engaging group that challenges your balance and has a laugh as we all stubble, at least a little.
GLA:D
Tuesday 21st 11am
Good life with Osteo arthritis is a world renound program available at Simply Stronger. Usually a 6 week program, this week you can come and try a class for free. Head to our GLA:D page to learn more about the program
