Small Groups
Who doesn't love the comradery that comes from exercising together. Working towards your goals alongside others certainly seems to make it easier, or at least more enjoyable. Exercising in our small group sessions allows you access to the full studio of resistance, aerobic and pilates equipment, with the supervision, support and guidance of our Exercise Physiologists. Capped at four people per group Simply Stronger's small groups are a great opportunity for clients looking to grow their independence with exercise, having progressed from private sessions.
