Exercise Programs
At Simply Stronger building exercise programs to support your health and movement goals is what we love to do. You don't need to be a regular client at Simply Stronger either. Just come down for an initial assessment where together we will build a treatment plan outline how were are going to work towards your goals. Then we'll put together an exercise program to support your plan.
Within our exercise programs we use photos and videos accompanied with explanations that match the cues you found most helpful when we practiced the exercises with you. Making it so much easier to complete your exercises well and getting the most out of your program.
We will also keep in regular contact through follow up appointments or email between appointments to answer all your questions and help you to keep on track to reaching your goals.
