At Simply Stronger within our gym space we host a fully equipped pilates studio. Enabling our Exercise Physiologists to provide a wider variety of exercises to our clients. The use of springs can provide support to promote freedom of movement or resistance to stimulate strength gains.
Pilates sessions are available in either private exercise physiology sessions or within our small group session. Allowing our Exercise Physiologists to prescribe a combination of pilates with resistance and aerobic training, giving you the best of both worlds.
